Pedestrian stop leads to two arrests On April 2, Aliso Viejo deputies contacted two subjects in Town Center. While talking to the subjects, deputies noticed a bag full of items with anti-theft tags still attached. During the investigation, it was discovered that both subjects had multiple arrests for shoplifting. They were arrested and booked into the Orange County Jail.
